Association for the Rehabilitation of Physically Disabled (ARPD) seeks to strengthen and promote institutions of community based rehabilitation within Pakistan so that physically disABLED can realize their potential as key players in the development process and  enabling them to lead a normal productive life.

The Rehabilitation Centre for the Physically Disabled (RCPD), Peshawar was established by ARPD as a resource base for community oriented welfare and development activities.
